D-4 U.S. TROUSERS: Sky Blue Wool (Kersey) Infantry Pattern with side pockets and cotton drawstring in back. These trousers are made to be loose fitting. Waist is higher (above bellybutton) and legs come unhemmed . Sky blue are U.S. Vol's regulation issue. Trousers are also available in dark blue.
