All items are subject to your full satisfaction. Items may be returned within five (5) days of receipt for a full refund or exchanged for other goods. Altered or damaged goods may not be returned.

We try to ship within two (2) days of receipt of your order when possible. Orders may be paid for by Mastercard and VISA. Postal Money orders and personal checks are also accepted. Orders over $20.00 that are paid for by personal check will be held until the check clears (about 3 weeks).

Please make checks payable to: Old Sutler John. You may phone your order by calling (850)723-8047 from 9am - 8pm Eastern Standard Time, only please. We actually prefer that you call with your order. It allows us to keep personal service alive in these impersonal times.

Postage, handling, shipping and insurance are paid by the purchaser. We ship USPS Priority mail unless directed otherwise. We ask a minimum of $8.50 for shipping and handling. This is sufficient to cover most orders. Shipping for muskets is $22.00 each. Additional charges may apply to heavy orders. Quoted shipping prices apply to the Continental US only.

Gift Certificates are available for yourself or someone special. They may be purchased for any amount and redeemed at any time, at the shop, in the field, or with an order. Simply send payment and a certificate will be sent. Remember those birthdays and special events!
